I booked Tatkal ticket online dated 09July2017 for Train no. 17644 Circar Exp. I was supposed to catch Train no.17644 today. But due to delay in my connecting train, I missed my train in Samalkot. Which I finally got in Vijayawada bearing PNR 4233754099,S4,Seat no.6 in Sleeper coach.
After getting in Vijayawada, my seat was allocated to other and I was forced to get down from train by Police and TTI.
I paid fine of 590/-, but my seat/ berth was not alloted to me.
