I have booked IRCTC rail ticket on 17/12/16 for the date of 26/12/16 in 3A from Jhansi to nizamuddin. But I filled TDR under the category of “Passenger not travelled due to train late more than three hours” because train (train number 12405) was rescheduled to 8 hours late and train arrived Jhansi more than 3 hours. I have yet not received refund amount of ₹ 1420 even the time passed more than 90 days and after a reminder to mail ID [email protected]. My PNR number is 8154262445.
