IRCTC – Ticket amount not refunded for cancelled train

Hi ,

i had booked the ticket with the following details
Transaction id :0763184339 PNR 6223542917 Date of journey 27 th oct 2013 Train number :12845

this train got cancelled on that date due to torrential rains in Andhra pradesh
but the ticket amount has not been credited back.
please help me on how to proceed on this

    Did you try to get refund at the booking counters?

    If no,you should speak with rail employees or some station master of any station, they may help you out.
    If still you are facing problem,I recommend you to log in at Irfca.org and ask some railway fan the solution to your problem.
    Do update here after solution.
