Hi Respected Team,
Here I am writing the complaints against IRCTC for my refund status, bellow are my detail.

Cancelation Reason – Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled
Cancelation Date- 8th Jan 2017
Date of journey – 8th Jan 2017

I was cancel my tickets on 8th Jan for above mention reason, from the cancelation date I am doing regular follow up with IRCTC Team to get my refund but still after completing one month I am not received my refund also i am not getting the proper response form the IRCTC team as I called up on IRCTC help line but from their also I not get the response.

Can you people please help me to get my refund ASAP
