I have visited salon located in hatibagan for hair straightening. During the procedure there was no power and the salon had no petrol to run generator.
They made me wait for 1 hour with half hair ironed. No one was professional, Ms Bani owner of the shop did not gave any compensation rather told it’s a regular scene.
She was highly unprofessional and unethical.
The quality of service is poor, as hair straightening done there was not worth at all
