I prepaid RS 1571on dated 01.02.2022 to jiomart for multi kids fashion items but Jiomart has delivered me only one item of Rs 62 Total remaining refund amount was RS 1571- RS 62 = RS1509 BUT till now I didn’t get my total remaining refund of Rs 1509 which amount of refund I received that is Short of Rs. 188.
So please help me to refund my remaining amount from jiomart because I have sent more than 20 Mails & Also tried to contact to jiomart team for the issue but they always make a lame excuse so please help me to refund my amount.
If they say that they have already refunded Total remaining amount then I want to transaction details for total remaining refund amount Rs. 1509 And one more mistake was done by jiomart I booked all items in one segment for which I paid total Rs 1571 but they total in to 04 SEGMENTS.
So please raise my issue and try to refund my total remaining amount from jiomart other wise provide me transaction details for Rs. 1509 which was my total remaining refund amount.
