JioMart – Delivery delay issue

We purchased an iPhone on January 19.
23 January was the delivery date.
As of today, January 26, we have still not gotten the merchandise.
The delivery date is always updated in the app to the next day.
We have spoken with customer service several times, but each time they say they don’t know where the goods is and that we should wait for 24-48 hours.

We don’t mind waiting, but we need to know when the thing will be delivered exactly.
Additionally, we are unable to cancel the order.
We are merely trapped.
We are shocked because we never anticipated such a service from a reputable online retailer.
Please either send the item out right away or cancel the order and start the refund process.


How to file a complaint against JioMart?

* Go to page
* Write JioMart in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from JioMart.
