JioMart – Non-Delivery of order

I had placed an order via the Jio Mart app on 29th Dec, 2021. My order hasn’t been delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 4th Jan, 2022. The status on the app never changes (always shows status as “shipped”).

I will be sending screen shots for the same. I have been constantly following up by sending e mails, posting on the jio Mart face book page and calling the customer support every day but i am not getting any proper response, just automated mails and answers about escalation of the same.

Since a month now, there has been no development. The item has been lost or misplaced in transit for sure since it surely never takes that much time for an item delivery.

Being a regular jio Mart customer, I am totally let down by your customer support. Sometimes I am told to wait for 24 hours and sometimes for 48 hours for either the refund or the delivery!

The standard answer I am given is that it has been escalated and highlighted on priority basis. Attaching required details below for your reference. kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

* Go to page
* Write JioMart in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from JioMart.

    I have ordered a 10kg idli rice on 9/10/22.Order id is 16653288760291285A.That time delivery date shown as 18/10/22.

    On 20/10/22 I raised the ticket for non receipt of the item(6664164087).But still no reply / action from your end.

    After complaint today 6th day is started still my material is not deliver to me,So many times i called jio mart customer care they are simply telling as your complaint was already raised wait for it.

    I have ordered through jio mart only,jio mart gave orders to a third party supplier,my order was dispatched on 10/10/22,still 14 days are over but material has not been delivered.

    After dispatch tracking details not shared to us.

    So please take the necessary action to deliver the item on an urgent basis.
