I ordered grocery via www.jiomart.com website.
i made payment online and was given order number-15912020689010653W
As per the website, it said the order will be delivered on 5th June 2020
Nothing was delivered as promised and neither the money has been refunded.
On repeated mails and messages via Twitter, no refund has been initiated or any response received
Please help me to get my money back
