I have purchased karbonn machone plus 7 days back n from 1st day i m having various issues n only one image can be attached i m providing h in which currently my network is not available n i asked for a replacement n it also has playstore not working issues, mobile gets heated even if i m not using data or wifi,battery gets discharged n cannot last what it suppose to n when i visited service center the executive told that it would require software n i told him that it is having hardware issues but that foolish guy did software n nothing happened n still now m not able to use this mobile.
So,, as i believe that consumer forum will understand n help me out with a replacement as its my right n if wanted i can provide additiinal problems details but plz help me out as my work is suffering n i dont want to visit service center as i dont believe in them as thry dont have the kind or product knowledge they should have.
So, its a request that u people help me out at the earliest.
