I will submit my handsets on 4/8/2015 for touchpad issue to the service center of karbonn and told me you will receive your mobile after 4 days with good condition but they not give my handsets and they again say plz wait for the 10 days we definitely give your phone,after 10 days I will go to service center but they say same thing wait for 10 day.but till date I didn’t receive my phone and they not guide me properly. Plz help me
