I travelled in Kavaeri bus on 21st sep from rajamundry to visakapatnam 190 kms. The bus took 5 hours to travel this distance. Driver was so wreckless and no time sense not worried about passenger. Busy with parcel loading every 10 mins. Bus started rjy at 5.30 am and reached visakapatnam at 10.30 am. Need justification for this. Is it a Passenger bus or parcel service bus.
