I booked a kaveri sleeper AC bus for my wife and 3 months kid from ongole to Hyderabad.because 3 months kid we chose sleeper bus for there convenient to travel. bus was started 10:30 PM from ongole,after 30 mintus of journey A.C was stopped working,there was no alternative option in bus (at least fans) and there was no chance to flow air in bus and not able to open the windows as well because windows was fixed.our child was very trouble to breathing AIR.My wife requested them to return to ongole due to this problem.bus driver not listening anything and ask to management.we called kaveri management so many times they switched off the phone.my siencier request is, please take the complaint on kaveri bus and do the needful for passengers. I will give more details if really take next action on this.
