I shopped from Kendiee shopping app. No response for returning the product or refund. There is no source to contact them to return the product.please help so i could get the money back some how. Its important. The image showed in the showing app is totally different from wt I received. I have spent 1170 rs on the product such a waste of money. The product I received can be purchased on road for 200 rs. On the delivered courier package it has given that for return contact respective address -Return Address: Plot No- 92, Pace City- 1, Sector 37.
Gurugram, Gurgaon, Haryana, India, 122001. How can someone in Hyderabad go to haryana and return the product. Its a big fraud that image shown is such a good product and received is TOTALLY DIFFERENT.If any action can be taken and money can be refunded definitely more i can attach more images related to the product. But there is not option to attach more than one image in the section. Please if possible contact the return address and make sure of the refund. Please do some justice about this issue. Also they told that refund is only available for 24 hours and they dont even respond what do they actually think that we can do. There are playing a safe game that 24 hours you have to return and they dont respond so that its easy for them to cheat people and also gain money.I think such apps has to be banned immediately such that these kind of incidents are not done again. Many people fall for such traps so for just avoiding we need to spread awareness of this app. The sender’s address on the package is given as SHOP NO.-1532, BASAI ROAD, SECTOR-4, NEAR SECTOR-4 MARKET, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001.some or the address might help to look in to this problem. Please contact and try to help me and resolve this problem as soon as possible. Its very disappointing.I seriously hope I could get the refund and get help from this.i really will be waiting for the response as soon as possible. Please get some help out of this. How do middle class people feel after such fraud happened. Pls help out. I need a refund. And need to return the product.
