I used a credit card to place an order on their website, “unboxify.in,” with the order number KL2327918UN. I requested cancellation of the same the following day by following the directions provided on their website. Unboxify.in states that cancellation and refunds are possible within 24 hours of the order being placed, but 5% of the product price will be charged. To do so, send a message to their whatsapp number.
They have read the cancellation message and responded, but they are now delivering the product against your will. I’ve sent them numerous emails and messages requesting that they halt the delivery and cancel the order, but they haven’t replied to any of them. I humbly request your assistance in this matter so that I may obtain justice.
