I bought some earbuds on the Unboxify website. But I use COD to place the order. However, I placed the order before I could login to my account or enter my address, so I received the receipt without an address and my payment was processed, debiting my account.
I was worried that my order wouldn’t come through or that my payment would be rejected.
Since then, I have been attempting to reach them, and a week has passed. To date, not a single response has been received. Nothing has changed.
