I ordered item #KL2313628UN on March 23 and received it on March 25. According to the product description, it is authorised and covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty; if the item is not authentic, a refund of twice the purchase price will be given.
I contacted both online and offline customer care and service centres, and they said that the seller and the merchandise were not approved.
I tried calling the mobile number listed on the invoice, but nobody picked up. I also tried contacting them on Whatsapp, but no one is responding.
How to sign up for this product’s warranty
The product is not authentic; additionally, the small (S) and medium (M) eartips are missing, and the charging cable is not the original.
Also not tested as of yet, charging case charging will also be covered in a future update.
As there are only five days left in the return period, kindly respond and let me know how to resolve this problem. Provide me an authentic product that includes all eartips and the original charging cord; if not, as it is not authentic, send me two times the purchase price as promised.
If you don’t react since there has already been a 3-day delay, I’ll open a case in the consumer forum.
