I booked a flat no. A-1002 in Sector-R3 of the Life Republic Project of Kolte Patil situated at Hinjewadi, Pune in March 2014.
At the time of booking builder charged 3 lacs for parking and told that we would get covered parking and if we pay 1 lac will get open parking. We paid 3 lacs for the covered parking.
Now, in 2021 when they finally allotted the parking, we were allotted open parking with tin shade. Numerous calls and emails to the builder were unanswered from the builder.
They should either return the 2 lacs excess charged for parking or allot us covered parking.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Kolte Patil Developers.
The builders are fraudulently charging us Parking cost when there is a SC judgement on this. This is unfair Trade practice by many builder including and not limited to Kolte patil we must make noise around this. Let me know, if we have a sizable number of people keen on pursuing this with the builder as we have also in Ivy Botanica been penalized similarly.
