The builders are fraudulently charging us Parking cost when there is a SC judgement on this. This is unfair Trade practice by many builder including and not limited to Kolte patil we must make noise around this. Let me know, if we have a sizable number of people keen on pursuing this with the builder as we have also in Ivy Botanica been penalized similarly.

I got possession of my flat on 7th Aug 2021 Kolte patil pune. It’s almost one year and still I am struggling to get a parking allocation. As per registered agreement, for everyone there is parking. But, the builder started doing unfair deal. They are asking money for parking that’s also in cash. And no receipt. No digital payment. Pathetic management.
