I reserved a plot in the Sai Garden in Paruthipattu 1.6 years ago, however I had to cancel my reservation after a month owing to legal concerns.
I am having trouble getting my token amount back after that.
Currently, they are refusing to give the refund in accordance with the terms and circumstances stated in the invoice receipt.
Charges for cancellation total 15,000 dollars.
It appears to be a fraudulent company.
