I ordered a top from their website on July 15 and the status is still listed as processing more than 25 days later. Neither have they responded to my text messages.
awfully disappointing conduct. You should at least inform your customer of the reason for the delay and the estimated number of additional days. However, they don’t respond. Order number: 319279.
