My skirt from La Chic Pick was delivered yesterday after I ordered it. I tried to get in touch with them to ask them to exchange my skirt for a larger size due to the size fit issue, but they barely responded! I despise the customer service to the hilt.
They are so unreliable and careless. I urgently require the skirt for a specific occasion, but they haven’t even scheduled a pick-up date.
