On September 12, 2023, I placed an order with La Chic Pick Order #324556. As of November 22, 2023, more than 2.5 months have passed, and my order is still processing.
I paid 1538 rupees for one sweatshirt and one hoodie that I ordered from this website. After making an online payment, my money is stuck. They are completely useless, even though they have provided their phone number and email address on the spot.
About the order and when I will receive it, they are not returning my calls, emails, or Whatsapp messages.
I am also unable to cancel the order.
Poor customer service; I have no idea when I will get my order. I’ve been holding out for a while.
Avoid ordering from them as they are dishonest. They haven’t returned my calls or messages on Instagram or WhatsApp, despite my repeated attempts to reach them.
I’m not sure how to return my order or get my money back. I hope people will realize and refrain from placing orders with them. Experience of a lifetime.
I’m hoping to get my money back.
They are just robbing us; they don’t care about their customers. I’m hoping this can be worked out.
