For ten days, the dress I ordered for my birthday kept saying “processing.”
The number provided is invalid, so there’s no way to contact them.
After several days, when I emailed them to ask for an estimated delivery date, all they could say in response was, “VERY SORRY FOR DELAY MAM.”
When the dress finally arrived, sixteen days later, my birthday had already past and I was unable to wear it.
I attempted to put it on again, but the poor quality zipper would not come undone.
As someone who has worked in the apparel industry, I could tell that the fabric was of extremely poor quality and that the measurements were horribly off.
They appeared to have lacked a suitable pattern. Naturally, I wanted to return it, so I filled out the return form right away.
They promised to follow up via email, but ten days later, they haven’t provided any updates.
If I try to call them more than twice, they turn off their phone. I had no idea that the website would turn out to be a scam. incredibly let down.
