On their website, I made a purchase about 40 days ago.
I paid with my wallet, but when my order (oder no. #320549) arrived on August 21, 2023, I was required to pay with cash.
I subsequently canceled the order and refused to pay. Although I didn’t want to, I had to cancel the order due to their poor management, so technically, I should receive a refund or my order back.
I have called your company’s number a number of times but have not received a response. Please consider this request for further investigation.
