I’ve had two completely awful experiences with Lachic. I don’t know who is running this company.
ordered a dress that was too short when it arrived.
sent a return request, which was troublesome in and of itself. Additionally, they only accept exchanges instead of refunds. so made a second order.
There hasn’t been any communication from their end in a month. Now that I’ve gotten in touch with them, they’ve informed me that it hasn’t been sent because of low stock.
Is the client expected to pursue these men for clarification? Absolutely terrible service and unprofessional. Spending money on them is a waste.
