I placed an order for two tops on their website. Furthermore, I find their product quality to be lacking.
Additionally, they stated that returns are accepted. I filled out their return form, but I haven’t heard back as of yet.
They also have a bad return policy. If you do cod, you will not receive a single penny; instead, you will receive a coupon good for any other purchases, but there will be no refund.
Additionally, you have 15 days to use the coupons; otherwise, you risk wasting your money.
Additionally, they have begun to ignore users of apps like Instagram and WhatsApp. They never respond.
