Lemall – Not refunded my money after cancellation of order

I’ve booked the order for mobile from Lemall.com website using credit card(EMI) option. The order was book on 3/8/2016 and the order was refused by me on 2/9/2016. It’s been more than a month, but still I didn’t receive the amount.

My credit card company asked me to pay EMI for first month even without buying the product to avoid the extra interest rates. Now bank is asking me to pay the 2nd EMI.

Credit card company is asking for a reference ID to check the refund status, for which called Lemall support team for more than 10 times, but now one has the information. They are careless and have a worst customer support.
