Iam Sankar.P, Booked a Mobile Lee 2 on 5th of this July. I Haved Prepaid the amount of 11,999.00. I didnt get any Order ID from your side, But my amount was Debited. Reg this i Called the Customer care they said you will receive the product in 7 to 10 days. But the product not delivered. again i called the customer care on 10th day. if mobile was not deliver u will receive a refund. and also said u will receive a conformation message. i was waiting for 24hrs for conformation message. but nothing happened. again called the Cus care reg this. they said to Email. i also mailed you. but no response. again i called Cus care. they said to mail again. i have mailed nearly 10 times. but i didn’t get valuable information through mail.

Again and again i called Customer Care and Explained my problem. But each and every one not answered to my problem. they just asking time like Please give us 24hrs time we will revert you. But till day no Response. and some of customer care is putting hold and disconnecting the call.

I thought of waiting for Refund for 7 to 21 Days. But 21 days passed. Still i didnt get any Response and Refund. on 26.7.2016 i called customer care and Connected to a person Mr.LAKSHATH. He said i will get response on 24 hrs. but nothing happened

Next day 27.7.2016 again called to customer care and i asked to connect to a Senior Ms.MEGNA. She said she will revert my case at max 1 hrs. Again Nothing happend.

So Today 28.7.2016 called customer care and connected to Ms.MEGNA. She said to wait again for 24 hrs. and she said She will say my case to Senior Mr.JOTHI SHANKAR. and ask him to Call me on 1 hr. Nothing happend. so again i called customer care to connect to Mr.JOTHI SHANKAR on 4pm. that person replied that JOTHI SHAKAR is on not available so call Tomorrow.

Like this it Continues Day by Day. I gave a maximum time to resolve my case. but still now i didnt get a single information or Status Reg my Product or Refund.
What i do how to get my refund still now i didn’t get refund pls help me
