I had invested 5 lakhs in Majestic associates situated at shop no.42 Vasant Marvel glory opp Annex Mallet western express highway Borivali east 400066 and whose proprietor is Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane in the month of July and August 2016 for which I was promised good returns according to the contract signed by Mr Rane and me but since September 2016 Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane has stopped payment and has given me only bogus cheques which bounced and he was not reachable on phone and his staff at the borivali office were rude and said they knew nothing about payment after many attempts at contacting Mr Rane he agreed to make payments but he never fulfilled his commitment .
In fact in the month of april 2017 he called me to kankavli saying will pay 6 lakhs cash in order to settle all the dues. But when I and my family reached kankavli he just handed me a bank paying – in- slip saying that he has deposited the 6 lakhs to my account in the kankavli branch of my bank but on reaching mumbai when i checked with my bank I was told that the cheque Mr Rane had deposited in my account in kankavli had bounced due to insufficient funds. My son and I had very high fever due to throat infection but still we went to kankavli because Mr Rane had promised to make cash payment but he cheated me by depositing a bogus cheque . all my trouble of travelling to kankavli went waste and my health suffered . Mr Rane did not feel ashamed of his deeds and he never apologised and in fact many times after this he kept asking me to come to sometimes hyderabad ; sometimes to goa ; sometimes to Ratnagiri to collect the payments but after the kankavli experience my family and I decided not to trust his words.
Mr Rane has troubled us so much some times he would give post dated cheques then just one day prior to the date ask me not to deposit the cheques .once he gave a DD form duly filled along with a post dated cheque then on the date of the DD form asked me to not make the DD saying the account doesn’t have sufficient funds.
Then he said he has done neft but which never got credited to my account because apparently he had never done it.
From more than a year Mr Rane has been only lying about making my payments
I requested him to pay my dues since the money I have invested in majestic associates is borrowed money for which I am paying heavy interest but Mr Rane did not make the payment. I have proof of all the above mentioned issue. All bank records; text messages; kankavli train tickets etc etc.
You have been using my money for more than a year Mr Shashikant Chandrakant Rane if you are such a truthful person then you first return my money then talk about being fair…you are a habitual cheater so you forget what you have told me but I have all your text messages and phone calls recordings if you are looking to cheat me you are wrong
There is no lender or trader. You're taking money from public in the name of giving good returns to the investment and then making some false excuses and then you use that money to buy property for yourself .you have been doing this from 2002
And for your information the138 legal action is for the cheque of the part payment of the principal amount that you gave inspite of knowing that you have not kept sufficient Balance in the bank account from which you have made the cheque you very clearly told me that the cheque will get cleared this time when I asked you this cheque will get cleared or no
I have your call recordings of this and also text messages which you sent when you said you are sending this cheque as part payment of the principal amount
Make the payment or be ready for police action.
Because I am fed up of your lies and more lies

Contract is not treminated without your knowldege plus you have earn good profit also in car ad branding business and in other trade also. Majestic associates have inform you that they cant proceed with contract due to sudden changes in policy of lender and trader .
Majestic associates himself not Recd money back from vendor and trader then also majestic associates have Refund you car contract payout plus majestic associates have inform you through legal notice that as soon as he received refund amount back from car trader he will refund you.
Mrs hardeep kaur you have already file 138 case against majestic associates in court for 3 lakh payout and in your msg you are claming 5 lakh rs. After your court notice recd by majestic associates ….majestic associates have replied to your notice about exact picture why delayed in paying payout to you..
Majestic associates also waiting for his money from car vendor and traders and all legal notice process is also done by majestic associates to recover money from trader and car vendor .
After all picture is clearlly explain to you then also your uploading the wrong msg its not fair.
