I have booked a package for 6days/7nights to Sikkim through this website called” www.makemyglobal.trip.com”. They carged me 33k for this package . This package includes all the transportation right starting from pick up, local sight seeing, dropping, Stay and food included as per the inclusions,and i have done all the payments as told by them. Once the trip started, me along with my wife reached to the Bagdogra airport and they failed to provide the transport as per the inclusion and in reverse asked me to hire a taxi on my own.Right from here started the problem.They started to ignore my calls and haven’t responded to any of my mails.Me along with my wife faced a lot of trouble in that unknown place. Inspite of my full payment of 33k, i had to spend 50k extra from my pocket. They are experts in cheating and robbing the customers to their core.
So, I Want You people to look through this complaint seriously and see that Justice is done.
