Mashreq Bank – account closure complaint

I have an inquiry on my account no. 019100266030

I have visited to karama branch Dubai on March 26, 2019 and signed the account closure form in the branch and it was assured me that my account will be closed within 24 hours. Since team didn’t provide any acknowledgment for the account closure

But now its more than 15 days my account has still not been closed although it has already deducted the account closure charges AED 105 on the same day I.e. March 26, 2019 but still the account have not been closed. And I clearly stated while submitted the account closure request that I’m exiting the country permanently on April 02, 2019 and requested to make sure that my account should be close without any Hassale and same has been assured me that needful will be done within 24 hours but still not done

Anyways since I have opened my account with Mashreq I always faced lot of issues in their services and this was very bad experience I ever had with any bank.

Now this is to inform that I have left the country today so I would request to pls help me in getting my account close so it shouldn’t be misused by any one.

And my Dubai number is not working any more
