Dear sir/madam
I made an online local transfer amount of AED. 3500 from my mashreq bank account number 019100072558 to ENBD account number 1014753516901 on 27/07/2017. But the beneficiary didn’t received the amount till now, before this i visited to mashreq bank branch located in dragon mart 2 and Emirates NBD in dragon mart 1 but in vain. They told me that you should have a Swift letter which you should to received through email or through msg from online bank. Dear sir from last 2 weeks i m looking for solution. So therefore i request you to kindly find out the fruit full solution of this issue.
