On 13.12.16 I asked for chin waxing in this salon where attendent asked for sensitive wax which is applied on sensitive areas like chin upper lip. i said Ok. She applied more than once on a particular area.I asked also that I have heard that it is applied only once on a particular area but she said no it can be applied more than once and nothing will happen.Later on it start burning and by late evening it comes out with rashes and damaged skin. i complained to Ms. Sameera tha owner of this salon but she didnt replied me. please look into the matter.
