Hi,

I saw maxworh realty add and visited their office.. They took me some plots called maxworth marwell. Near rajanakunte cross. 4 years back they promised me that registered with rs.100000 for one site and once its developed within 1 years we will allowt you sites for worth of rs.500 per sq feet.

I paied rs.200000 and registered my name for 2 sites in max worth reality marwell in 2013. Now its almost 2017. Till today either they developed site and allotted sites nor they giving me money back. When ever we call they always says next 6 months it will get over.. Always ask us to shift to another project which is not worth buying with high rates.

Really frustrated not know how to get that hard earned money of rs. 200000 from them. Any idea suggestion and how to prosecute them and get money with interest.

I have all documents for payment and their vouchers for money i paid. Need some one help to get rid of this.
