I am subhajit sarkhel ,I ordered one Tissot watch via Mont watches website. I thought the website is a good and fine one providing good products to the customers. I have paid 9310 ₹ via Paytm (7055602504) for getting the products. After I made the payment they are purposefully not taking my calls. Till the payment done, one person named Sameer who told me, He was the staff of Mont Watches, deliberately calls me every day around 4-5 times a days till I made the payment. After I made a payment of Rupees 9310₹ to the given in there Paytm account which for a company named Shark Enterprises. As per his guidance the number which he used to contact me and the number which mont watches have not picking up or taking the calls. I call around 10-15 times a day. I sent mails too. After 2-3 mails, I got the reply an got an tracking Id of aramex (41962596266) which belongs to someone name Subash from bangalore not me.
Please help me regarding above matter.
