I am subhajit sarkhel,these is my second complaint regarding http://montwatches.com/.
After the 1st complaint on 16th of march i received a call from the montwatches.com an they said they will refund my money an took my Paytm account details but they did pay me any money.but they started saying you have to delete the complaint then only they can proceed with my order.in my defense i said if they can give me in written that if i delete my complaint they will send me my watch,but they did not do any such thing.
My order number for my tissto watch is #100000055
for which i have paid 9310 ₹ via Paytm (7055602504) for getting the products.
Its been more then one mouth i have ordered the watched an paid the money.
plese help me out to get back my money
