My Flower Gift – Denying refund for a product not delivered

Order. No. 1100110309 for a bouquet on the occasion of a wedding.

I had a chat with the executive before ordering the bouquet and I specifically asked and I was told no additional charges would be applicable to the location and it will be delivered.

Waited for 4 to 5 hours for the delivery but since there was no update I sent an email and in response I was told to pay additional 400₹ to the link given.
I told them I want to cancel the order coz I was told, no the additional charges will be applicable.

But in response I was given the option of credit note for future use. And denied the refund.

Whereas on their site as per the refund details I should get the money back to my account.

Nobody replies on the WhatsApp no. Nor answers the call on the given no. Chat executive too is not responding.
