I had my order for anniversary gifts, like before ordering I once confirmed that if I order it now will I get it delivered tomorrow by 10 am, they said u can get it delivered by 8am also, I said okay! Then I ordered and today when I tried calling them, they didn’t receive my call few times and was taking in a rude way, when I said I will take strict action against this matter, they were like whatever you want to do, you can do we don’t bother.
I said them for refund, they denied saying that we can’t refund this we can credit your account. I said I don’t want that, they rejected the call them after.
Please help me singing my matter.
