Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered for a cake and a bouquet to be delivered to Sasaram,Bihar on 07-10-2016. The order was made on 06-10-2016.
I have already made the payment of Rs.1,299 to the company.However the order has not been delivered even after a month.
The number provided on the website is never reachable
The email id provided on the website sends back an automatic reply mail that they will get back to me soon.However they never do so.
I am infuriated and want my money back along with appropriate compensation.
