I had placed an order of amt of RS. 2918/- on 29.04.2016 for forever 21 two trousers n had cancelled the order immediately before the order gets dispatched from the company’s warehouse I did not accept it nor any parcel was couriered I successfullynette got the cancellation mail from myntra but today being 18th may 2016 still my refund is not processed
Today when I spoke to myntra they purposely blocked my login id n threatened me that they will not refund my existing orders n accept any kind if return
They purposely put the allegations on me that the product of Taurus trousers of rs.1315 was used by me when it was not at all opened by me n are not willing to refund me back or are able to give me any kind of confirmation
Myntra site is a gang of fraudsters who purposely don’t refund n when refund is been repeatedly asked they refuse to accept the return n refund the money back n then purposely suspend the acct
Kindly stop this site as almost I have lost more than 5000 on this site
I request you to Pls help in getting this money back as it’s a hard earned money n sites like this are fooling innocent customer not giving proper feedback n chasing the customer
