I have made IMPS transfer of Rs.20000/- from my SBI Account 10197302398 to my janakalyan bank account on 2nd Feb 2016. Till today the online transaction status is showing pending .Neither the amount got credited in my Janakalyan Bank account or back to SBI account till today.
I have given complaint to SBI Help center.

15 days has passed for transaction & 10 days has passed after giving complaint.
What action you have taken against my complaint.
