I had Ordered products on sep 14th 2021 by seeing the nayra fashion add in the instagram. And I paid for the same through payu biz of rs 299/- and another order of rs 1295/-

For the second order i didn’t received any confirmation message as text, but it was show in their website with order id #1183 and tracking ID : 21702521782422 . Its been a month and my both Orders are not yet delivered. Refund for the same also not yet issued. When i checked the tracking link their website is showing not available. I had mailed and enquiried about the same, but i didn’t get any response from their side.
