Netplus broadband – Cheating by charging more than double the price of plan and poor service

Dear Consumer court of India,

Nodal officer and Appellate name of Net plus: Darshan and Col. R S Perhar ,

This is with regards to Netplus broadband connection purchased by me in Jammu region under customer id :0002788681, installed and activated on 05-Aug-2020.

I am sharing with you the below mentioned concerns which need immediate attention as I am working from home and internet connectivity is crucial for me to survive in these testing times.

1) Excessive payment of total Rs 7200 for 3 months.(3 times as compared to the original plan listed out on website)
2) not received any copy of payment or bill as yet.
3) Frequent disconnectivity issues, internet is down during working hours for continuous 10 -15 hours.
4) low speed of plan.

There is no response from the local operator and concerning the custom care department team for resolving the issues.

In view of the above concerns, it has impacted my official work.

It’s really sad that, despite paying excessive for internet connection I am getting a meagre availability of internet.

Please understand my situation, in order to earn bread and butter internet connectivity is the only way I can have my job.

Since, the poor availability of internet i have been given warning from my office as well.

I hope you would indeed help me in resolving these problems.
