Netplus Broadband
On 13 march new connection was setup at my house . till 15 march (today) it has not worked . I am annoyed and irritated by the system of netplus, Engineers do not know the problems , the staff doesn’t know how to fill data.
They filled wrong payment details then wrong mac address of router, not they told that ip address is filled wrong after changing router twice. Most of the time they don’t even pick up the call. I want refund of 2950/-.
