Although we have paid the bill in full, our Netplus internet has not functioned for the past two days.
I have also brought up this issue with customer service on multiple calls, but neither the problem nor the person coming to fix it have been addressed.
I have the Netplus ID 0005890817. Please fix my problem as soon as you can.
