I HAVE CALLED 5 TO 6 TIMES FOR SHIFTING MY BROADBAND FROM ONE LOCATION TO ANOTHER AND REGISTER MY REQUEST AND THEN CLOSE WITHOUT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. I TOLD THEM TO DISCONTINUE YOUR SERVICE THEN THEY ASK FOR DUE CHARGES.
