On 31.7.23, I accidentally paid the annual bill to NetPlus twice. I asked them to return the extra money.
On 04.8.23, I sent a copy of a cancelled check for refund processing per their advice. However, the company has yet to refund the money after two months.
I’ve called the customer care line a lot and sent a lot of emails, but to no avail.
They are not returning my money to me, even though it is mine.
How come the refund procedure takes two months? I have no idea how much longer I will have to wait for my refund.
