Stray Dogs have started attacking residents of Sector-4 Nerul. It has become difficult to walk around this area due to nuisance of Dogs. These dogs need to be captured and sterilized. The dogs have become more aggressive since they dont get to enter the colonies and eat from the Garbage Bins, since all the colonies have fortified their Boundary Grills. Pls do it asap.
