I ordered products from Nykaa on 27 February 2018 , I needed it urgently, it was to be delivered between 1 March to 5 March 2018 .I was able to track my ordered product through the Nykaa app, they shipped the product the same day and it reached a hub near me but then it shows in the order tracking status” failed delivery “. I called them several times and every time I got a reply that “ ma’am it will be delivered tomorrow “. I believe the fault is of courier company Wow express but somehow it’s because of Nykaa , if Nykaa would have told them that they should deliver product in estimated time.
